The following modules/products in mymuthoot.com has been shifted to new method of login ie; User Name as “branch email id”.
1. Referral Insurance
2. Spot insurance
3. PAN
4. e-Bid
Step 1 – First time login
• Enter branch email id (eg:mgekm9001@muthootgroup.com) in the User name filed
• Enter branch email id (eg:mgekm9001@muthootgroup.com) in the password filed
• At first login, system will ask for change password - staff may enter a desired password.
• Share the new password with fellow staff members (if required)
Step 2 – In case of incorrect User name / password
• Click on “Forgot Password” option , Enter branch email id (eg:mgekm9001@muthootgroup.com) in the User name filed
• System will display the email id of the branch
• Click on generate password
• An email will be send to the email id of the branch with new password
• Staff may change this password via “Change Your Password” - staff may enter a desired password and login again.
• Share the new password with fellow staff members (if required)
Step 3 – In case staff wish to change the password anytime
• Click on “Change Your Password” option , Enter branch email id (eg:mgekm9001@muthootgroup.com) in the User name filed
• Enter the current password
• Enter desired new password
• Click on submit
• Share the new password with fellow staff members (if required)
Important points to remember:
1. Some branches does not have the cluster names tagged to them, hence an option will be displayed in such branches to update the CO Name/Zone Name/Region Name and Cluster Name. After submitting these details, branches may login with their respective user name and password.
2. In case of new branch or the user name does not get validated while login, staff may click on “Register” Option and register the branch. Approval will be given after scrutiny at MSTL HO.
3. Ensure correctness of email id while entering the user name.
4. Check ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folders also for password re-set mail.
